For all classes, we recommend clothes that are comfortable and suited for exercising. For Yoga classes we recommend coming barefooted, and For Pilates and other lower-pace classes you can wear socks. You may also like to bring some warmer clothes with you, for most classes include a section for relaxation.
For consideration of those with allergies, we ask you to please not to wear perfume or other strong scents for the classes.
Mats and other needed equipment are provided by the studio. In the class, you are welcome to have a bottle of water and a towel with you. For storing other personal items, please use the dressing room or the lockers that are found in the corridor.
We wish you to please arrive on time (5 to 15 minutes before the beginning of the class), for the front door closes as the classes begin. Please sign up before the class at the reception. Have a wonderful class!
